The Shelby Colorado Rally is our flagship annual event - a multi-day driving experience through some of Colorado’s most scenic routes. It’s a celebration of performance, camaraderie, and the legendary Shelby brand.

This event is for Shelby vehicles, including  AC Cobra, Daytona, Series 1, Shelby GT, GT350, GT500, Super Snakes, Shelby Rentals, and all Shelby F150/F250's.   If you have a Shelby and share our passion for driving, you’re welcome here.

We’re now opening registration to a limited number of Specialized Mustangs! These aren’t your everyday ponies - they’re rare, numbered, and built with extra love and performance magic. Think upgraded performance features, styling cues, dash plaques, engine bay tags, certificates, etc. The eligible models include: Mach 1, Bullitt, Dark Horse & Dark Horse SC, GTD, Saleen, Roush, Boss, Hennessey, RTR, and Cobra. Registrants will be asked to submit photos verifying that their vehicle meets eligibility requirements, and our committee will review each submission. Not all applicants will qualify.  

Not at all! While many of our members are local, we welcome Shelby owners from all over the country to join us for the rally.

The rally typically takes place once a year during the summer. Each year, the route changes to showcase different parts of Colorado - from mountain passes and alpine lakes to hidden gems and historic towns. Exact dates and stops will be announced on our page and via email.

Nope - this is a rally, not a race. Our focus is on scenic drives, great stops, and enjoying the journey together at a safe and spirited pace.

Absolutely! Friends, spouses, and co-pilots are welcome. Just make sure everyone is ready for some time on the road and plenty of Shelby talk.

Yes. The entry fee helps cover logistics, route planning, swag, and any group reservations or events we organize. Specific pricing details are provided each year when registration opens.

Lodging info is shared once the route is finalized. We typically partner with hotels along the route and provide a recommended list, but you’re free to stay wherever you prefer.

Yes! While the annual rally is our main event, we love getting together for local cruises, Cars & Coffee meetups, and other informal gatherings. Follow us on social media or join our email list to stay in the loop.

A good place to start is your standard road trip materials; snacks, a great cruising playlist, and any personal items you will need throughout the week. 

But more specifically we recommend the below:

• Foldable camping chairs for evening gatherings
• Cash for incidentals and to purchase raffle tickets!
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen
• A small cooler that can be safely secured in your vehicle
• A blanket for cooler evenings
• An umbrella or rain gear
• A quart of oil (Just in case!)
• Many people will also bring small detail sprays and microfiber towels

While none of these items are required, many participants find them helpful throughout the event. Evening gatherings and nightly raffles are typically held outdoors near the cars, where attendees often relax, socialize, and enjoy the atmosphere well into the evening.  Chairs, blankets, sunscreen, bug spray, and weather protection can make those experiences even more enjoyable.
